cut chicken into pieces. Season chicken both sides with salt and pepper. Add oil to skillet. Add chicken, cook 3 to 4 min. each side. Remove chicken and add onion,garlic,oregano to skillet cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
Combine tomato paste,wine and olives in med bowl mix well. Add to skillet and stir to coat chicken pieces.
Cover and cook for 20 min. add chicken and cook 15 min. more
