     Four Layer Pudding Pie

Ingredients
FIRST LAYER
2 cups all purpose flour
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
SECOND LAYER
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 9 oz. bowl Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 t. vanilla
 
THIRD LAYER
2 boxes instant chcoclate pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 t. vanilla
FOURTH LAYER
1 9 oz. bowl Cool Whip

Instructions
FIRST LAYER- Mix flour, butter and pecans together and place in a lightly greased oblong baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
SECOND LAYER- Blend all ingredients together by hand. Mixture will be lumpy. Place on top of chilled crust.
THIRD LAYER- Blend all ingredients well by hand. Beat with an electric mixer 3 or 4 minutes on medium speed. Place on top of second layer.
FOURTH LAYER- Spread whipped topping on top of third layer. Refrigerate.
