     Salmon Steak with Tarragon-Chive Butter

Ingredients
1/4 Cup butter, room temp
1 Tbs chopped Fresh Tarragon
1 Tbs Chopped fresh Chives
1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 Shallot, minced
4 Salmon Steaks
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Form small butter balls and wrap in seran wrap. Store in fridge until ready to serve. Brush salmon steaks with remaining butter mix. Grill fish, 8 minutes on each side. Brushing frequently with butter.
