Remove fat from beef. Cut beef with grain into 2-inch strips; cut strips across grain into 1/8-inch slices.
Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef in oil about 3 minutes, stiring occasionally, until brown. Remove beef from skillet.
Cook bell peppers and onions in skillet about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bell peppers are crips-tender. Stir in beef. Place salad greens on serving plater. Top with beef mixture. Pour dressing over salad mixture. Top with yogurt.
