     BAKED KRAUT

Ingredients
1 2 LB. BAG OF KRAUT
1 16 OZ. CAN OF DICED TOMATOES
2/3 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR
1 15 OZ. CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE
4 STRIPS OF BACON FRIED AND CRUMBLED
2 TBLS. SPOONS OF BACON GREASE
 

Instructions
Rinse kraut in cold water and drain well. Mix all ingredients in 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 325 degrees.Fluff with fork every 1/2 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with pork chops or ham.
