     Fusilli with Sausage, Artichoke, Sundried Tomatos

Ingredients
3/4 cups drianed sundried tomatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons EVOO
2 cloves garlic
1 pound Italian sausage
14-16 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
1 3/4 cup checken broth
1/2 cup dry white winte
16 ounces fusille pasta, cooked, drained....do not rinse
1/3 cup basil leaves, fresh
 
1/4 cup chopped parsely, fresh
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus extra

Instructions
Add olive oil with garlic to hot pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then add Italian sausage, removed from casing, break up and brown. Drain.
Add broth, wine, and sundried tomatoes to the mixture. Simmer over medium high heat until wsauce reduces, about 8 minutes.
Cook pasta until tender, drain, but don't rinse. Mix all ingredients. Toss and serve. Top with additional parmesan as desired.
