Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil chicken in water until cooked. Save about 1/4 cup of the broth for later. Shred the chicken with forks and set aside.

Saute the onion and celery in butter. Add cream cheese and stir until creamy. Take off heat and add chicken.

Spread out cresent rolls and put a big spoonful of chicken mixture at the wide end. Roll up, pinching the sides in the best you can. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The extra chicken mixture tastes awesome with crackers.

|
Mix cream of chicken soup with the chicken broth and milk. Heat on the stove and serve over the top of the chicken roll-ups when they come out of the oven.
