Combine tomatoes, celery and onion along with pickling salt and let
stand overnight.
Strain off juice in am.
In a large pot add the above mixture, along with the vinegar, white
sugar, mustard seed, cayenne pepper, pepper flakes and jalepeno
pepper. Boil until the celery is soft.
Then add pepper, corn and tomatoe paste and mix.
Put in hot sealers and let seal.
