Place all chocolate into a food processer and add vanilla and pinch of salt. Bring 1 cup of heavy whipping cream to boil. Once brought to boil add hot cream to food processer while the machine is turned on. Using a hand mixer beat the mixture until it becomes fluffy and forms soft peaks.
Fold the whipped cream mixture into the chocolate mixture.
Place combined mixture into the refridgerator and let chill until set (about 6 hours).
