     Triple Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1/2 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips
1/4 bag white chocolate chips
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1/4 cup sugar
 

Instructions
Place all chocolate into a food processer and add vanilla and pinch of salt. Bring 1 cup of heavy whipping cream to boil. Once brought to boil add hot cream to food processer while the machine is turned on. Once all chocolate chips are melted pour mixture into a bowl and let cool to room temperature.Place all chocolate into a food processer and add vanilla and pinch of salt. Bring 1 cup of heavy whipping cream to boil. Once brought to boil add hot cream to food processer while the machine is turned on. Once all chocolate chips are melted pour mixture into a bowl and let cool to room temperature. Place remainder of heavy cream into a separate bowl and mix with the 1/4 cup of sugar. Using a hand mixer beat the mixture until it becomes fluffy and forms soft peaks. Fold the whipped cream mixture into the chocolate mixture. Place combined mixture into the refridgerator and let chill until set (about 6 hours).
Serving Suggestions
Top with whipped cream and/or strawberries.
