Ingredients
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Grated Carrots
1 Cup Crushed Pineapple
1 1/2 Cup Oil
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
3 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
 
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour in cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Top with cream cheese frosting
