1 (6 oz) box pork- or beef- flavored stuffing, dry
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small fresh onion, sliced into slivers, or 1/3 cup frozen onion slivers, optional
1 lb frozen French-style green beans
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray. Rub 1 table salt-free seasoning on the pork tenderloin tips and put them in the slow cooker. Press an 18-inch-wide piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, shiny side down, into a slow cooker to form a bowl. The foil bowl will be sitting on top of the pork.
In a separte medium-size bowl mix together the hot water and dry stuffing mix along with the seasoning packet and the mushrooms. Stir until well mixed and pour into the foil bowl in the slow cooker. Fold the foil bowl closed.
Press another 18-inch-wide piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil into the slow cooker with the shiny side of the foil facing out to form another bowl on top of the bowl holding the stuffing.
Pour in the frozen green beans, the remaining 1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning and the onion slivers, if desired, into the top foil bowl. Fold the foil to close the bowl. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 9-10 hours .
