In large bowl, combine flour, salt, sour cream, baking powder, Crisco and eggs. Batter should be lumpy. Spread batter in bottom of greased baking pan. Top batter wtih beef mixture in center of pan. Bake until crust in light golden brown; sprinkle with remaining chees and continue to bake until cheese is melted.
