     Pork Roast - Old Fashioned Style

Ingredients
2 (16 oz) bags frozen vegetables for stew
1 (14 1/2 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 3/4 oz) can 98% fat-free cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon dried thyme or 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup water
Garlic salt
Pepper
 

Instructions
Spray slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray. In the slow cooker, mix together the stewed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, soup and thyme until well blended.
Push the pork down to the bottom and the sides of the cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours on on high for 4-5 hours.
Remove the vegetables and separate the potatoes, carrots and pork. Leave the juice in the cooker and turn it on high.
In a small bowl mix the flour and water together to make a thick paste. Stir the paste into the juices in the slow cooker until well blended. Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes or until thick. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions
A complete meal, Good complements rolls and a tossed salad.
