Ingredients
onion
10 oz. frozen spinach
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups monterey jack cheese
4-6 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 TBSP butter
jalepenos to taste
1 pint sour cream
 
4 green onion tops
tortilla chips
Instructions
saute onion in butter, add spinach, peppers, sour cream, onion tips and salt. in a 9 x 13 pan, layer chips, chicken, soup mix, cheese. repeat. bake @ 350 for 30-40 minutes
