Ingredients
1 pkg carrot cake
1 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup finely chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins
8 1/4 oz can of crushed pineapple drained
 
Instructions
in larg bowl combine cake mix water oil and eggs at low speed until moistened beat 2 min at high speed by hand stir in nuts and raisins and pineapple
pour into prepared pan bake 350 for 35 to 40 min ck is clean until tooth
frost cooled cake store loosely covered in refrigerator
