Drain pickles. Form cream cheese around each pickle.
Wrap each covered pickle with a slice of meat. Slice into 1/2 inch slices. Place on serving plate. Cover with plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Can also use 2-3 green onions in place of pickles or omit pickles/green onions all together
