2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced (or 1/8 tsp garlic powder)

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.25 lb)

Instructions |

|
In a shallow dish, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

Place bread crumbs in another dish. Dip chicken in butter mixture and then coat with crumbs
|

Place in 13x9 baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
|
|
|
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-35 minutes until juice runs clear.
