packet of gravy mix
|
| |
beef roast, cut into cubes
|
| |
potatoes
|
| |
green beans
|
| |
yellow squash
|
| |
garlic powder
|

all purpose seasoning salt

2-3 cups water (cover meat in crock pot)

Instructions |

sprinkle beef with garlic and seasoning salt. brown in canola oil.
|

|
|
combine beer, 2 cups water, gravy mix packet in crock pot. add meat.
cover with more water as needed.

|
cook on high 3 hours, or on low 8 hours.
|
|
|
|
add potatoes and vegetables. cook an additional hour, or until potatoes
and meat are done through.
