1 3/4 cup unsifted flour
|
| |
2 cups sugar
|
| |
3/4 cup cocoa
|
| |
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
|

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
|
| |
1 tsp. salt
|
| |
2 eggs
|
| |
1 cup milk
|
| |
1/2 cup vegetable oil
|
|

2 tsp. vanilla
|
| |
1 cup boiling water
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and make a hole in the center. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Baet medium for 2 minutes.

Then add by stirring, NOT ELECTRIC, 1 cup boiling water.
|
|
|
|
Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
