Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
-
1 16 oz bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp celery salt
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
-
1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
-
1 cup whipping cream
-
1/2 cup whole milk
-
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

crushed potato chips
-
1/4 cup butter

Instructions
Mix all ingredients but potato chips and butter. Spray 9X13 pan with nonstick spray. Spoon potato mixture into pan.
Sprinkle enough crushed potato chips over dish to cover potato mixture. Pour melted butter over potato chips.
Bake for 55 minutes at 350 or until potatoes are tender.
