Mix first 6 ingredients in a large roaster pan. Mix dressing envelopes with popcorn oil. Pour over contents in pan. Toss well to coat. Bake at (350º) for 40-50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool in airtight container.

Serve as a snack. This makes a hugh amount. I freeze this in zip lock bags and take out as I need it.
