     PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 lb. margarine
3 lb. powdered sugar
2 lb. peanut butter
1 cake parrifin
1 (12 oz.) package milk chocolate chips

Instructions
Mix margarine, powdered sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl. Roll into rounded tsp. size balls. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. I stick them in freezer sometimes, this also works. In double boiler melt chips and parrifin. Dip balls in chocolate mixture and place balls on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Put into freezer for 1 day and then you can store them in zip lock bags, and take out as needed. This makes a large amount.
Serving Suggestions
Nice to add to your christmas party or for a treat through the winter.
