Melt the butter in a pan with your chopped up onions and celery. Break up your bread in a large bowl. Sprinkle sage over your bread. When butter is melted, pour over your bread. Open a can of chicken broth and pour over bread. Mix well with spoon if bread is still not completely moist then open next box or can of broth and gradually add more until all is mixed well. Add a more sage if needed.
