salt and pepper porkchops then dredge in flour. Fry up porkchops in oil in large skillet. After all the chops are fried remove to a plate. Using same skillet with drippings saute onion and pepper. Add the chicken soup and broth. Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes and pour the sauce over top. Cover with foil and bake about 45min to an hour. The chops will be fork tender when done.
