Combine dressing, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and pepper.
In separate bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add half of the dressing mixture to the cream cheese and mix well. In a large bowl combine lettuce, red pepper, olives, and cooked chicken. Add remaining salad dressing to lettuce mix; toss to coat. Spread 1/4 c. cream cheese on each tortilla. Top with lettuce and sprinkle with cheese.
