Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in butter like pie dough. Add 2 beaten eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 c. milk and 1 tsp. soda. Roll out and cut. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Let cool and apply icing.
