     Swedish Pancakes (crepes)

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions
Blend liquids (including eggs) together. Then add the dry ingredients. (I usually do this all in a blender.)
Heat large frying pan. Drop enough butter in the pan to grease the bottom (twisting pan around to move the butter).
Pour enough batter in the pan to spread over the entire bottom (with the same twisting motion you used to spread the butter around). Flip like you would a normal pancake.
Our favorite things to put on our crepes were a butter/powdered sugar combination, fruit/whipped cream combination, and jam/powdered sugar combination. Enjoy!!
