Mix chicken and cream cheese together, adding parsley and pepper to taste. Unroll croissants; place about 1/4 cup meat mixture at large end and roll remaining dough around mixture, gently sealing.
Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
