     HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 stick margaarine
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1-1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion (minced)
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Melt margarine in large sauce pan on low setting. Add cheddar cheese; stir frequently. When completely melted, add sour cream, soup, and onion. Stir until competely melted. Place hash browns in ungreased 9x13 dish and pour mixture over. Bake 350º for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
