     easy veggie topped baked spuds

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups frozen veggoes mix
4 large baking potao
1 can cream of brocoli soup
1/2 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
place veggies in microwave for 5 min drain
scrub potatoes pierce several times microwave on high for 15 min while potatoes are cooking combine soup veggies and cheese in med sauce pan cook until cheese is melted split potatoes top with cheese mixture
