Mix all above ingredients. Place in electric skillet with 2 Tbsp. melted butter. Cook at 375º until outside is browned. Turn down to 300º and cook for 45 minutes.
Instead of ketsup I sometimes add 1 c. salsa to give it a different flavor.

I place cubed potatoes and carrots in when the meat loaf starts to cook. When mea loaf is done the potatoes are done. This is a one pot meal.
