2 ears fresh corn husked
1 cup cherry tomatoes quarterd
1/4 cup red onion chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsly
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
 
Instructions
preheat oven to 400 on baking sheet roast corn 35-40 min let stand to cool 30 min
in large bowl cut corn from cob add the rest of the ingredients stirring to combine
