     PECAN CRESCENT DANISH ROLLS

Ingredients
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine (softened)
1 can crescent rolls
1 slightly beaten egg white
FROSTING
1 tsp. butter or margarine (melted)
 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Combine sugar, flour, nuts, cinnamon, and butter. Mix well. Separate dough into 2 large rectangles. Overlap long sides of rectangles. Firmly press edges and perforations to seal. Spread sugar and nut mixture over dough and roll up like jelly roll. Press edges to seal. Cut into 12 pieces. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with egg white. Bake at 375º for 12-18 minutes until golden brown. Frost while warm.
For frosting stir ingredients into melted butter. Frost while warm.
