     Carrot Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup veg. oil
3 cups raw carrots -grated

Combine Sugar and oil until well blended.
In seperate bowl combine the other dry ingredients.
Add all ingredients together and then beat in the eggs.
Fold in the Carrots and pour in pan(s). Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.
