     Enchilada

Ingredients
Chicken maslooka 1 kg
1 cup onion chopped wings
1 garlic
2 tablespoon butter
2 tomato cans
1 small tomato sauce can
2 green peppers cut into wings
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cumin
 
1 teaspoon salt
1 teasppon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
2 cans of sourcream
tortilla bread (not wheat)
chedder cheese, mozeralla cheese

Instructions
- do chicken, and cut into small pieces. - melt the butter in a pan, add onions and green pepper until the onion are transparent. add all the spices, and tomato sauce, tomato cans. Let boil 20 minutes. Keep this overnight in the fridge (let it cool down)
- next day, saffe the tomato sauce from the mixture. - put chiken, vegetables, cheese - roll tightly. Put in Pyrex. Usually they do about 6-8 rolls. - throw the rest of the vegetables in the tomato sauce, add sour cream until they mix will together. - pour sauce over enchiladas (make sure it reaches the cracks between the enchiladas) -put cheese on top -put in the oven for 40 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
khas salad with garlic, lemon and oil.
