Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
mustard
10 slices of bread
8-oz package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Cover sausage with water in a skillet; boil for 5 minutes. Drain. Brown and crumble the sausage; drain and set aside. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Spread the mustard on one side of each slice of bread and cut each slice into 9 pieces. Layer the bread, cheese, and sausage in a slow cooker. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over the casserole. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 12 hours.
