     Coffee Cake

Ingredients
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c shortening
1 egg
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 t cinnamon
 
butter
Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in milk. Sift and add flour, baking powder and salt.
Bake in greased & floured pan. Sprinkle top with 1/2 c brown sugar, 1 1/2 t cinnamon, dot with butter.
Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes
