     honey glazed pork tenderloin

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1-2 lb pork tenderloin or 2 -3/4 lb tenderloins
salt
black pepper
1/3 cup honey
1 tblsp. brown sugar
2 tblsp. sesame oil
2 tblsp. soy sauce
2 tblsp. balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1 orange

orange zest
1/4 cup beef broth
1/2 tblsp. cornstarch

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Generously salt and pepper the top side of tenderloin and place in preheated oven for 15 min. Turn tenderloin over and salt and pepper other side. Place back in oven for 10 more minutes.
Mix together the glaze ingredients while other side cooks. Remove tenderloin and lower the heat to 350 degrees. Baste the tenderloin with honey glaze and place back in the oven for 45 minutes to 1-15 minutes, basting often. Cover with foil for last fifteen minutes if needed. Take the remaining glaze and bring to a boil and then let simmer until sauce reduces.
If mixture is too thin then mix beef broth and cornstarch together until smooth and add to glaze. Bring to another boil and lower heat. Stirring often. Serve with sliced pork.
