2 1/2lb Yukon gold potatoes peeled and coarsely shredded

1 1/2c cheddar cheese, shredded

1 egg, beaten

Instructions |

Heat oven to 400 F
|
|
|
|
Brush oil onto bottom and sides of 13x9 baking dish. Combine all
remaining ingredients except egg
|
|
|
|
Add egg, mix lightly. Press onto bottom of baking dish.
|
|
|
|
Bake 55min to 1 hour or until golden brown. Let stand 10min
before cutting to serve.
