     Chicken tettrazini

Ingredients
8 oz. linguini broken in half
1/4 cups butter
1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 10 oz. can college inn chicken broth
1 5 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced (optional)
 
3 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (or white cheddar)

Instructions
Cook linguini according to package directions, set aside. Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in all liquids and cook stirring constantly until the mixtyure is thick, add mushrooms, cooked linguini and cooked chicken. Top with cheese and serve hot.
