Preheat oven to 325. In a glass bowl that has been greased pour the rice from the box and add chicken (raw) ontop Sprinkle rice seasoning on top of the chicken.
In a small saucepan melt the cranberry sauce, butter, lemon juice, soy sauce.
Pour mixture over the chicken and rice. Cover lightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 10 mins. uncover for the last 10 minutes and can sprinkle with almonds at this time if desired.
