Ingredients
5 tbsp flour
1/2 sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk scalded
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
in double boiler combine flour sugar salt slowly stir in milk and cook over simmering water about 15 min stirring steadily at the end until thick
add a little hot mix to egg pour egg mixture into hot mixture continue to cook for 3 min remove from heat add vanilla
