aPreheat oven to 375, remove wrappers from kisses. Beat butter, PB in a large bowl. Add 1/3 cup sugar adn brown sugar, Beat until fluffy. Add milk, eggs, vanilla. beat well. Stir togeter the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients- beating.
