     Locust Stew

Ingredients
locust
grasshoppers
veggies of your choice
butter
salt
vinegar
broth
water
 

Instructions
Take the locusts and grasshoppers and remove the wings, the small legs, and distal portion of the hind legs. Then pull off the head, withdrawing and attached viscera.
Boil locusts in water mixed with salt.
Add assorted cut-up vegetables, butter, salt, and vinegar to the broth and cook until the vegetables are tender
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a think soup or over boiled rice.
