     Ravioli di Portobello Filling

Ingredients
2 portobello mushroom caps, finely chopped
1 small onion diced
1/4 cup butter
1 dash salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion until soft. Add mushrooms and sauté for two minutes.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms are fully cooked.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce
