Preheat Pizzelle iron.
Beat eggs and sugar.
Add cooled melted butter and vanilla and anise.
|

Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.
|
|
|
Drop the stiff batter by spoon onto the Pizzelle iron.
|
|
|
Bake on the pizzele iron until golden.
Time will vary by pizzelle iron.

Suggestions |
|
Sprinkle with Powder Sugar, Eat with jam or Nutella, or roll into cone while hot, cool them and fill with ice cream
