Ingredients

	1 cup of crickets
	1/4 cup dried cherries and chopped
	1/4 cup dried cranberries and chopped
	1/4 cup of water
	1 cup of flour


Instructions


Mix all ingredients together to make a coarse dough.


Make fingered sized stripes on cooking pan


Put in the oven set at 350 degrees and leave in for 20 mins
