     Crabmeat Quiche

Ingredients
6 eggs beaten
1 frozen deep dish pie crust
1 1/2 cups grated Guyere cheese (or swiss)
1 1/2 cups crabmeat
3/4 cup sauteed onion
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup heavy cream
 

Instructions
preheat oven 400 degrees, brush crust with a little egg. Bake until lightly browned
Layer crabmeat, onions, cheese repeating layers as necessary. In seperate dish cream eggs, milk salt and pepper. Pour over pie crust filling. Lower oven to 325 degrees and bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are set
