1 package (8-ounce size) cream cheese, room temperature
1 container (8-ounce size) sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until brown. Drain drippings. Stir garlic, salt, pepper and tomato sauce into meat. Cover, simmer 15 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package directions, then drain. Stir together scallions, cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Coat 2 1/2-quart baking dish with non-stick spray. Arrange noodles on bottom of dish, cover with sauce and spread sour cream mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
