     Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
2 or more boneless skinless breasts 4-5 ounces each
recipe can be doubled or tripled
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 - 1 clove fresh garlic, minced - or - 1 tsp ready to use or dry season
1 - 2 tsp thyme (see Note)
1 - 2 tsp basil
1 - 2 tsp orageno
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
 
3/4 cup Kinnikinnick GF bread crumbs
1 - 2 cups favorite spaghetti sauce
3/4 - shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In microwave, melt butter and garlic in small rectangular glass dish, allow to cool slightly. In separate rectangular glass dish combine remaining seasonings with bread crumbs. Dip raw chicken breast into butter, press into crumb mixture. Repeat for each piece of chicken. Lay with sides touching in glass baking dish (use smallest possible to fit). Bake 40-50 minutes until chicken is firm and golden brown. Remove from oven.
Top chicken with warmed spaghetti sauce and grated mozzarella cheese. Bake additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Note- All seasonings except for the garlic may be replaced by using McCormick Italian Seasoning 3-4 tsp per 1/3 cup bread crumbs.
Serving Suggestions
With plain pasta if desired, green salad, gluten free white garlic bread.
